Grate Tentacles - Generic Creatures for any setting

The following is a generic monster that can fit into nearly any setting and is not specific to Eira. Sorry for the short post today, everyone, busy day ahead and behind me already.

For any who live in PA, I would just like to say I take I-81 to work. That should be explanation enough.

Grate Tentacles

Found in the deepest dungeons of the world are the grate tentacles.  Huge writhing masses of tentacles that shot up from holes in the floor, grates, cracks in the wall, etc when something draws near. It is unknown if each mass of tentacles is a separate beast or if all the tentacles are a part of some ancient, elder thing buried deep within the world.

  1. Very cool! I like the idea of the tentacles being either separate creatures or part of some ancient thing buried deep within the world.

This is definitely something I'll be using in the future.

  2. Use away. These kind of monsters come from reading far to much Howard before bed. My kids tell me they have the most interesting dreams the next day.
